Just as, in a fable, a great opportunity emerges from a difficult situation:
The innate desire for change, the need to express myself and to free the art inside me, made me feel trapped, as if held in a vise (MORSA). The search for a way out, the desire to escape, led me to break free from the past and create a gap (SQUARCIO) to leave behind the reality that I was living. The solution, a flash of light, the idea, is lightning (FULMINI). The new horizon reveals a radius (RAGGI) of light alternating with dark moments in which the moon (LUNA) becomes the only lighthouse. With my family’s support, represented here by my sister GLORIA, I look to the future with optimism and hope, ready to go where the wind takes me (VENTI).

MORSA/SCOSSA (VISE)
The striking interplay of geometric shapes and voids poetically expresses the desire for change: the jagged central element embodies the dynamic tension of chaos yearning to break free, eventually transforming into relief and freedom embodied in the soft lines and curves.
There is a glimpse of lightening which enables one to pluck up the courage to change path and start a new journey.
SQUARCIO (GAP)
Aptly named "SQUARCIO" (Italian for gash or cut), this piece is defined by the jagged cutout running along the center of the panel: the frenetic dynamism is masterfully conveyed with the irregular edges and contrast between voids and solids.
FULMINI (LIGHTNING)
This aluminum panel is distinguished for the dynamic interplay of voids and solids that evoke the beaming rays of the sun. The combination of sleek lines and geometric forms reveals a captivating dimensionality with a powerful visual aesthetic.
RAGGI (RADIUS)
